Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable enterprise applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB and develop optimized queries.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Analyze technical requirements and participate in solution design and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Write unit and integration tests and ensure high-quality, reliable code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms as required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17+.
• Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java Streams.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Good understanding of design patterns and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with JUnit/Mockito or other testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
