Role Description The Java Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing and integrating microservices, working with the Spring Framework, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves debugging and optimizing existing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to software architecture and best practices. The Java Developer is expected to document technical designs, follow secure coding standards, and support continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Programming and Java, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework and related Spring ecosystem tools for building enterprise-level applications.
• Experience working with Microservices architectures, including service design, integration, and scalability considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle).
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. 📩
