Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and modern UI technologies. This role involves leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement scalable and secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Drive technical solutions and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.

Skills

• Strong foundation in Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Familiarity with modern UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
