Java Developer

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to build scalable, high-performance backend systems.

This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on backend development experience and exposure to distributed systems and system design.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Java (Java 8/11/17) development
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Spring Framework
• Experience in Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience in REST API development
• Strong knowledge of Multithreading & Concurrency
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Good understanding of System Design & Scalability
• Hands-on with Git, Maven or Gradle

Good to Have

• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra)
• Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience in high-traffic / large-scale systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices-based backend systems
• Participate in architecture and design discussions
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams
