We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Low-Level Design (LLD). The role involves backend development along with production support, troubleshooting, and participation in a rotational on-call model.

Location: Bangalore
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days Work From Office( JP Nagar)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Good understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and solution-building
• Experience with Git/version control
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in production issue analysis and resolution
• Hands-on exposure to log analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Production Support & On-Call

Candidates should be comfortable participating in a rotational on-call s

Support model:

• On-call rotation: 1 week every 46 weeks
• Support window: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Extended-hours on-call support can be handled remotely

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and responding to production incidents and alerts
• Troubleshooting service failures, API errors, performance issues, and application defects
• Performing RCA and implementing corrective/preventive actions
• Supporting package, library, and dependency upgrades
• Validating production deployments and monitoring application health after releases
• Collaborating with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams for issue resolution
