    Job Summary

    Serve as a Lead Developer in a hybrid work model designing and delivering resilient cloud native applications using Java Springboot microservices Python containers and continuous integration pipelines. Apply expertise with AWS Kubernetes Docker and automation tools to build secure scalable and testable solutions that support Governance Risk and Compliance needs while driving measurable value for clients and society.

    Key Responsibilities

  1. Build enhance and maintain backend services using Python and

    2. Java.

  2. Design and implement scalable reliable and secure backend

    3. architectures.

  3. Develop automation scripts and internal tools to improve

    4. operational efficiency.

  4. Support day-to-day ad hoc engineering tasks including script

    5. writing and production support.

  5. Perform vulnerability management activities such as

    6. identifying triaging tracking and supporting remediation of

    security issues.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and

    7. maintainable solutions.

  7. Contribute to system performance tuning monitoring and

    8. continuous improvement.

    Must-Have Skills

  8. Strong programming experience in Python and Java.
  9. Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native

    10. development.

  10. Good understanding of backend scalable systems including

    11. performance reliability and security best practices.

  11. Experience handling operational and ad hoc technical tasks in a

    12. fast-paced environment.

  12. Working knowledge of vulnerability management and secure

    13. development practices.

  13. Strong scripting and problem-solving skills.

    14. Good-to-Have Skills

  14. Knowledge of big data and distributed systems.
  15. Exposure to data processing frameworks and large-scale data

    16. pipelines.

  16. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.

    17. Preferred Qualities

  17. Self-driven proactive and detail oriented.
  18. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  19. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver with minimal

    20. supervision.
