We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team for a 24x7 application support project.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support Java based applications on a 24x7 basis, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to restore services efficiently.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, deployments, and upgrades, including support activities during weekends.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve system performance.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands on experience in Java development and application support.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend support as per project requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills
