About The Opportunity A fast-scaling tech services firm in the Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation sector, we build scalable, high-performance backend systems for clients across BFSI, E-commerce, and Logistics domains. Our Java engineers design, optimize, and sustain mission-critical applications that handle millions of transactions daily—leveraging modern Spring ecosystems, cloud-native patterns, and clean architecture principles to deliver resilient, maintainable systems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Java microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful API patterns.
• Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle—writing efficient queries and implementing caching via Redis or Hazelcast.
• Integrate with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and build event-driven architectures for async processing and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions—ensuring automated testing, build, and deployment flows.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and QA teams to define contract-first APIs and drive end-to-end system reliability.
• Monitor system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or APM tools—identifying bottlenecks and resolving production issues proactively.
