Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java backend components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new backend features.
Ensure code quality, organization, and performance optimization.
Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective technical solutions.
Requirements 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java backend stack.
Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with database systems (SQL / NoSQL) and backend integrations.
Willingness to work on-site in Mohali following the early morning shift schedule (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
