About this role
Looking for a Lead/Senior Java Developer who will utilize extensive Java programming skills and expertise to design and develop robust and scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and
Spring frameworks.
- Build and manage microservices-based architectures ensuring high performance and
reliability.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and enterprise design patterns to deliver robust
solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into
technical implementations.
- Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and API testing to ensure quality
deliverables.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on efficient design, query optimization,
and data handling.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance while supporting production
environments.
What You ll Bring:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work
experience.
- 4-10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application
development.
- Proven experience developing robust and scalable backend systems using Java
technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java with solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Hands-on experience in building backend services using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and
REST APIs and Microservices
- Proven expertise in applying enterprise design patterns.
- Strong experience in unit, integration, and API testing frameworks.
- Experience in designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong SQL / NoSQL - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture experience or similar data streaming
platforms.
- Apache ECharts or equivalent charting library -data visualization experience
- Python for scripting and AI/ML integration
- Basic AI/ML awareness - LLM, RAG, AI Agents is a plus
