Java Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build secure, versioned RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems. torchora.com

• Integrate relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). torchora.com
• Implement messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).
• Conduct performance tuning, profiling, and load testing. torchora.com
• Ensure security practices: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, encryption, compliance.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Perform debugging, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Own CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystem.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST API development.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools (Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
