Job Description:
Build and scale high-throughput, concurrent backend systems handling large transaction volumes.
•Strong experience with Java, multithreading, concurrency and parallel processing.
•Experience building banking/financial or transaction-heavy systems with strong consistency and reliability requirements. •Hands-on with Kafka, message queues, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.
•Design worker pools, background jobs and systems capable of processing workloads in parallel.
•Strong understanding of distributed systems, retries, idempotency, fault tolerance and failure handling.
•Experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, transactions, indexing and query optimization.
•Ability to identify and solve performance, latency, throughput and scalability bottlenecks.
•Exposure to Redis, caching, observability and cloud-native infrastructure is a plus.
•7 years of hand-on experience is preferred, if experienced into robotics / embedded programming thats an advantage
