Java Back End Developer

Required Technical SkillsCore Java (Mandatory)

• Strong expertise in Java and Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Multithreading & DSA (Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with concurrency, synchronization, thread pools, and concurrent collections.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms.

Collections & Memory Management (Mandatory)

• Deep understanding of Java Collections Framework.
• Knowledge of JVM memory management, garbage collection, heap analysis, and performance tuning.

System Design Basics (Mandatory)

• Understanding of scalable system design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, design patterns, caching, messaging systems, and distributed systems concepts.

SQL Depth (Mandatory)

• Strong SQL expertise including query optimization, indexing, joins, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.

Generative AI (GenAI)
