Java Back End Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions using Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Ansible.
• Deploy and support applications on Kubernetes and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases for application development and optimization.
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and write unit/integration test cases.
• Implement automated testing using mocking and stubbing frameworks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
