Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Bangalore - Work From Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who can eventually transition into a Lead role. 

Strong backend experience is preferred, and candidates with lower experience from premier institutions 

will also be considered. Exposure to modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Build event-driven components using Kafka (Not just use Kafka for messaging)

Contribute to architecture, design, scalability, and performance improvements

Work on real-time data processing, high-speed graph plotting, and live dashboards

Collaborate with frontend teams using React to deliver end-to-end features

Mentor team members.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and micro-services architecture

Experience with Kafka, distributed systems, and event-driven design

Good problem-solving, design, and communication skills

Intermediate exposure to ReactJS

Preferred:

Exposure to real-time applications or streaming data systems

Experience with high-frequency dashboards or real-time UI/data visualisation systems
