Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Solution Architecture
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture for business and technology requirements.
• Establish application, integration, security, and deployment standards.
• Review and approve architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
• Drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Application Development & Design
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Define API architecture, integration patterns, and event-driven solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide architecture recommendations.
• Cloud & DevOps
• Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP , AWS or Azure.
• Design containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Enable CI/CD automation and DevSecOps practices.
• Ensure application observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Drive technical decision-making and risk mitigation.
