Role Overview Summary

Experience Required 10 to 15 years in software engineering and solution architecture

Core Purpose Bridge business needs with technical execution defining architecture standards guiding crossfunctional engineering teams and ensuring the scalability security and performance of enterprise systems

Key Roles Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy Design scalable microservices eventdriven architectures eg Apache Kafka and highperformance RESTful APIs
• Technical Governance Define enterprise coding standards design patterns and integration blueprints across the entire technology stack
• Technical Leadership Provide handson guidance during critical development phases perform rigorous code and design reviews
• CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner with Product Owners business stakeholders and DevOps teams to translate requirements into viable architecture solutions
• Quality Security Enforce secure coding practices DevSecOps processes and robust automated testing CICD pipelines
• Mentorship Coach junior and senior engineers on modern frameworks system optimization and technical problemsolving

• Backend Expertise Advanced Core Java Java 8 Spring Boot Spring Cloud and HibernateJPA
