  1. 15+ years of overall technology experience
  2. 5+ years in Architecture or CTO Advisory roles
  3. Experience leading enterprise transformation programs in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Payments
  4. Experience driving Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Engineering, or Modernization initiatives

    AI Transformation Strategy
  5. Define enterprise AI transformation vision, roadmap, and target-state architecture.
  6. Identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities across business and technology domains.
  7. Develop AI adoption frameworks, governance models, and operating structures.
  8. Drive AI-first engineering practices across delivery organizations.
    Enterprise Architecture
  9. Define business, application, data, technology, and security architecture blueprints.
  10. Develop modernization roadmaps for legacy platforms.
  11. Drive architecture governance and design assurance.
  12. Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
    AI Data Platforms
  13. Architect enterprise AI platforms leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  14. Define AI operating models, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI controls.
  15. Design AI-ready data architectures including Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and Knowledge Platforms.
  16. Drive integration of enterprise knowledge with AI ecosystems.
    Engineering Transformation
  17. Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering.
  18. Establish platform engineering and developer productivity initiatives.
  19. Lead modernization using cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
  20. Promote reliability, observability, resilience, and security-by-design practices.
    Client Advisory Consulting
  21. Partner with CTOs and business executives on transformation strategy.
  22. Conduct maturity assessments and capability gap analyses.
  23. Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and investment roadmaps.
  24. Lead executive workshops and transformation steering committees.
    Innovation Thought Leadership
  25. Create AI transformation assets, accelerators, frameworks, and industry solutions.
  26. Mentor architects and engineering leaders.
  27. Represent the organization in client forums and industry events.
