Java Architect with AWS - S

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using Java and AWS.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions.
• Lead application modernization initiatives, including monolithic to microservices transformations.
• Architect RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions using modern integration patterns.
• Design cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS-native services and best practices.
• Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and development frameworks.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technology evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation strategies.
• Guide development teams on application design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Drive cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in solution or application architecture roles.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and AWS services.
• Proven expertise in microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Experience in system integration, high-availability architectures, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
