Your Role
- Lead design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Own and drive end-to-end system architecture, including design decisions, trade-offs, and governance
- Lead legacy modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and re-architecture programs
- Maintain strong hands-on involvement in coding, including code reviews, refactoring, debugging, and performance optimization
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities across the SDLC (design, development, testing, and code review)
- Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs and AI frameworks
- Build AI-native systems using RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Establish reusable patterns and architectures for GenAI adoption beyond tools like Copilot
- Define and enforce enterprise guardrails, including security, responsible AI, observability, and DevOps practices
- Drive engineering excellence and standardization across teams
- Mentor developers and architects, enabling organization-wide adoption of AI and modern engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 11+)
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Microservices and distributed systems
- REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2/JWT
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks
- RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search, etc.)
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow design
- Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and model limitations
- Cloud platforms: AWS Or Azure
