We are hiring : Japanese Bilingual JLPT N3

Experience : 2 to 6 years

Location : Pune

Must-Have

Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above (mandatory)

Experience in L1 Support / IT Monitoring operations

Understanding of incident management and IT support workflows

Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per SLAs

Perform system monitoring and proactive issue identification

Log, prioritize, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed

Coordinate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates

Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and shift handovers
