Japanese Language Expert

We are hiring : Japanese Bilingual (N3, N2 or N4)

Experience : 2 to 6 years

Location : Pune and Chennai

Must-Have

• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 or above (mandatory)
• Experience in L1 Support / IT Monitoring operations
• Understanding of incident management and IT support workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for applications and infrastructure as per SLAs
• Perform system monitoring and proactive issue identification
• Log, prioritize, and escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as needed
• Coordinate with Japanese customers and internal teams for issue updates
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, and shift handovers
