Japanese Language Expert

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Server operating systems.
• Conduct backups of critical data and systems using various backup tools.
• Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for complex problems.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proficiency in JLPT N2 level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems administration.
• Experience with backup procedures and tools.
