Japanese Language Expert (N3 / N2 Level)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Catalog Associate with strong Japanese language skills to support e-commerce catalog operations. The role involves managing product data, handling tickets, coordinating with vendors, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily catalog-related tickets and complete tasks within SLA.
• Update and maintain accurate product/catalog information.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for required product details.
• Identify and correct catalog/data errors.
• Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Follow defined SOPs and process guidelines.
• Identify potential SLA or quality risks and escalate them to the manager/lead.
• Support process improvement and Kaizen initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification preferred/required as per role.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays when required.

Experience & Qualification:

• Graduate or above.
• 0-4 years of experience in data-driven operations, catalog management, BPO, or similar environment preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce/product catalog operations is an added advantage.
