Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good English communication and conversational skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and prospective participants over the phone
• Knowledge of Tamil / Hindi / other regional languages will be an added advantage
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead details

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads generated through Naukri, social media, digital campaigns, and other sources
• Contact leads for various opportunities including training programs, job opportunities, internships, and hiring requirements
• Understand the lead's interest and provide relevant information about the opportunity
• Handle queries and address basic concerns during the call
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads and support conversions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for further processing of interested candidates
• Achieve daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Customer Engagement, Inside Sales, or Recruitment
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage
• Comfortable with high-volume calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion
• Immediate joiners preferred
