Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Relations / Placements
• Strong experience in corporate engagement and employer relationship management
• Good network and established connections with employers and recruiters across India
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently drive corporate hiring requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates and employers across India
• Visit and engage with companies to understand their hiring and manpower requirements
• Generate and secure corporate hiring requirements for students/candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Coordinate with corporates for job opportunities, interviews, and placement drives
• Understand industry hiring trends and identify potential employer partnerships
• Work closely with internal placement/training teams to fulfil corporate requirements
• Track and achieve placement and corporate engagement targets

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with strong experience in Corporate Placements / Corporate Relations / Business Development
• Candidates with an established Pan-India employer and recruiter network
• Candidates who have handled corporate tie-ups and bulk hiring requirements
• Candidates with experience in a Placement Manager / Corporate Relations Manager role will be preferred
• Strong field-level corporate engagement and relationship management experience
