Job Description

Eligibility

• BCom / MCom Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer
• Prior experience in the Banking / NBFC / BFSI sector
• Good knowledge of BFSI products, processes, and operations
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct offline classroom training

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on BFSI products, processes, services, and customer handling
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, activities, and assessments
• Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support
• Prepare trainees for industry requirements and placement opportunities

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with both BFSI domain experience and training experience
• Candidates with practical exposure to Banking / NBFC operations
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Employment Type: Contractual

Location: Egmore, Chennai
Remuneration: 30,000 to 35,000/- per month (Based on Experience)
