• Manage day-to-day operations of IVF clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Oversee patient care, including admission, discharge, and follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate with medical team to ensure timely completion of procedures and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-9 years of experience in IVF preferred.
• Strong understanding of IVF processes, protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills required.
