IVD Service Engineer-Pan India

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for immunohematology products, including IVD kits and reagents.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments, consumables, and software related to immunohematology testing.
  
• Conduct on-site visits to resolve customer complaints and provide training on product usage.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and product performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in after sales support or servicing of medical devices or equipment.
  
• Strong knowledge of immunohematology principles and practices (IVD).
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electronic medical devices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Good English Speaking and communication skills.
