About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solution designs, and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide technical expertise on CSM, CTA, HRSd modules within the ITSM suite of products.
- Develop training materials and provide support to end-users during go-live phase.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including ITOM (IT Operations Management) module.
