Role Summary:
We are looking for a Change Manager with strong ITIL-driven Change Management governance and hands-on ServiceNow Change Management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Change Management processes and governance.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for production changes.
• Lead CAB meetings and manage conflicting/high-risk changes.
• Enforce RFC, approval, compliance, and change policies.
• Handle unauthorized, emergency, and high-risk changes.
• Manage stakeholder escalations across multiple technology teams.
• Monitor change KPIs, failed changes, compliance, and conduct PIRs.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes.
