Role & responsibilites

Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

HVAC Technician

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/AC systems.
• Attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Check filters, coils, refrigerant, motors, and controls.

Plumber

• Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Attend leaks, blockages, and plumbing breakdowns.
• Carry out preventive inspections and maintenance.

Carpenter

• Repair and maintain doors, furniture, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.
• Carry out carpentry installation and modification work.
• Maintain tools and ensure proper housekeeping and safety.
