ITI Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices.
• Assist in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of dashcams, GPS units, and related hardware.
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replacement of faulty components.
• Maintain installation logs, inventory records, and service reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth fleet deployments.
• Support field engineers during installations and maintenance activities.
• Document devices, serial numbers, and customer records accurately.
• Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support.

Required Skills

• Basic Linux operating system and command-line knowledge.
• Basic computer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Linux installation or configuration.
• Knowledge of GPS, IoT, or dashcam devices.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Inventory or asset management exposure.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
