ITI Fitter (AVOID Applying IF Staying Outside Maharashtra)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance of molding, punching, cutting, and other production machines.
• Attend machine breakdowns and assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Fit, assemble, repair, and replace machine parts as required.
• Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Ensure smooth operation of hydraulic presses and related equipment.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments for maintenance work.
• Assist in installation and alignment of machine components.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of machines and work areas.
• Coordinate with machine operators and supervisors to minimize downtime.
• Report maintenance requirements and spare part needs to management.

Required Qualification

• ITI Fitter (NCVT/SCVT)

Experience

• 05 years in factory maintenance, machinery fitting, or production equipment maintenance preferred.

Requirements:

• ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade
• 15 years of experience in a manufacturing factory preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fabrication
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments
• Responsible and willing to learn
