Eligibility: ITI Fitter Freshers
Stipend: 15,000 per month

Tenure- On contract 1 year

Role & responsibilities

To provide ITI fitter Apprentices with hands on industrial exposure, enabling them to

bridge the gap between technical education and real-world workplace requirements.

Key Learning and Responsibilities ( Mechanical Fitter):

• Learn and support basic mechanical maintenance activities.
• Assist in assembly, dismantling and fitting of mechanical components.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments under supervision.
• Supporting onboarding and exit formalities of contractual employees.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Learn basic trouble shooting of mechanical equipments.
• Maintain Safety at high standards and workplace cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and work instructions.
• Maintain basic maintenance records and checklists.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and maintenance engineers.
