ITI / Diploma (Fresher/Exp.) For Production Dept.- Matoda site

Role & responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment as per approved work instructions and SOPs.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to ensure efficient production operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene requirements within the manufacturing area.
• Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and non-conformities to supervisors.
• Assist technicians and maintenance teams during machine repairs and changeovers.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical Etc.

Work Experience:

• 0-4 years of experience as a Machine Operator in Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of machine operations and production processes.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and production documents.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts timing (3 shift) and meet production targets.
• Ready to work at site (Matoda, Ahmedabad).
