Hiring: Spanish / Italian Language Specialist (B2 Certified)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Eligibility Criteria :

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 1+ year of experience utilizing Spanish or Italian language in a professional environment
• B2 level proficiency & certification in Spanish or Italian (Mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work from office in Bangalore and in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide language support and engage with global stakeholders/partners in Spanish or Italian.
• Analyze campaign performance data and share insights/recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries and business issues.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage partner communication while ensuring SLA adherence and service quality.
• Support process improvement initiatives and stay updated on business and industry trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish/Italian and English
• Experience working with international clients or stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new tools/processes
• Knowledge of e-commerce, online advertising, or campaign management is an added advantage
