Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Vendor Management – L1 professional to coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams, monitor SLAs, track tickets, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams for day-to-day IT service requirements.
• Track incidents, service requests, escalations, and pending tickets to ensure timely closure.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs, TATs, and KPIs.
• Maintain ticket trackers, vendor records, escalation matrices, and service documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and vendor performance updates using MS Excel.
• Coordinate hardware/software support, AMC activities, repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
• Follow up on RCA and corrective actions for recurring or critical incidents.
• Escalate SLA breaches and support audits and vendor onboarding activities.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Vendor Management, IT Coordination, ITSM, or IT Operations.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and support services.
• Knowledge of Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation Management.
• Understanding of SLA, TAT, and vendor performance tracking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
