About this role
Job Overview:
Responsible for providing end-to-end IT support , including installation & troubleshooting of Tally, managing internal computer systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Install, configure and maintain Tally ERP / Tally Prime software.
2.Provide training & functional support to staff on Tally and MS Office.
3. Resolve internal IT issues related to hardware, software & networking.
4.Manage system installations, data backup & recovery.
5.Ensure IT security, antivirus implementation & system compliance.
6. Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, and procurement .
Preferred Profile:
1.Hands-on experience in Tally installation & troubleshooting.
2.Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, MS Office & basic networking.
3.Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
