Were Hiring | IT Technician / IT Executive

Looking for a hands-on IT Technician who loves troubleshooting and fixing things on the ground!

You’ll be responsible for keeping IT systems running across our Dark Stores.

What you’ll do:

• Troubleshoot PCs, POS systems, printers, scanners & other hardware
• Resolve network/internet issues – Lease Line, AirFiber, Broadband, LAN/Wi-Fi & network drops
• Coordinate with ISPs/network providers and drive issues to closure
• Diagnose and fix technical issues independently
• Travel to stores for on-site troubleshooting when remote support isn’t enough
• Ensure minimum downtime for critical store operations

What we’re looking for:

• 1–4 years of hands-on IT/technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of hardware + basic networking
• Someone who can troubleshoot, not just raise tickets
• Comfortable travelling to different stores
• Good ownership and problem-solving skills
