Job Summary
We are hiring Technical Support Representatives for Hybrid Cloud Services. The role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Requirement 1:
- Band 4: Freshers (Pass out 2025)
- SAP Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Requirement 2 :
- Band 5: 6 Months 1 Year IT experience (Pass out 2025/2025)
- Education: BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) from reputed institutes
Skills Required
- Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
- Strong analytical & logical thinking
- Basic IT / Technical support knowledge
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
- Ability to understand business processes
Work Details
- 5 Days working (Rotational Week-offs)
- 24x7 Shift Environment (including night shifts)
- Shadow Training: 4 Weeks from DOJ
