IT Team Lead (.Net) - Noida

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Leader with strong expertise in the .NET technology stack and fintech/digital payments to lead software development, manage a technical team, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team and manage project delivery.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
• Oversee application architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Manage APIs, database integrations, and payment-related system integrations.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and coding standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and mentor team members.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in .NET development, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integration, and software development lifecycle.
• Prior experience in fintech, digital payments, payment gateways, or transaction-processing platforms is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
