IT System Support Engineer For Ahmedabad

We are hiring a IT System Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Support, End-User Support, Networking, and System Administration. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support, laptop troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Support LAN/WAN networking, VPN, remote access, and IP telephony.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.
• Handle printer support, CCTV systems, and end-user technical issues.
• Perform patch management, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and proactively identify issues.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve tickets within SLA.
