It System Administrator Nariman Point Location

Position: System Administrator
Location: Mumbai Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Client Operating Systems, and Active Directory Management.
• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and system administration activities.
• Monitor server health, network connectivity, system performance, and uptime.
• Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and endpoint devices.
• Perform routine backup monitoring and support data recovery activities as required.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, login, and user-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and asset movement records.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, and service vendors for support and maintenance activities.
• Ensure antivirus protection, operating system patches, and security updates are applied and monitored regularly.
• Assist in IT audits, compliance requirements, and documentation as per organizational policies.
• Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity issues.
• Escalate and report critical incidents, security concerns, and major system issues to div Head.

Desired Qualification:
• Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in System Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
