About this role
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform routine IT system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
- Record and track support requests through the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT equipment procurement and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the IT team on projects and technical initiatives.
- Travel to different Novel Office locations across Bangalore as required.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Associate or bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Bangalore.
- Male candidates only.
