It Support Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
• Configure email accounts in Outlook and mobile devices.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and AMC support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support CCTV, NVR, biometric devices (if applicable).
• Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk/Remote Desktop.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education - Any Graduate
• Experience - 6 months Internship
• Technical Skills - Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel. Requires a proactive approach and excellent verbal / written communication.
