Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and firewall-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT problems, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing timely technical assistance to end users.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN.
• Hands-on experience with firewall troubleshooting and configuration.
• Knowledge of VPN, network access rules, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
