Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Install new software applications and configure settings as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our ticketing system.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
