IT Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Having experience for 6 months to 1 year in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients.
• Responding to client calls, requests and chat.
• Providing technical support via phone and chat.
• Resolving issues via phone or chat.
• Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically
