IT Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide remote IT support for Windows desktops, laptops, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues.
• Install and configure Windows and common software applications.
• Support users with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and other IT-related issues.
• Handle and resolve support requests through ticketing tools.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users/customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers and candidates with 0 - 2 years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience can apply.
• Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft Office/Office 365.
• Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-friendly and willing to learn.
